If you are not completely satisfied with your recent purchase, you may return a product to Prakriti World and receive store credit for the value of the purchase. Please read below for more information on our return policy and procedures.
The customer must postmark all returns within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com with your proof of purchase or invoice to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving the RMA number, you will receive the invoice value as store credit within two (2) business days. You can use the store credit to purchase a substitute new product from our website at a 50% discount on the product list price that must not exceed the price of the product returned.
If you want to return defective/damaged products, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange or store credit.
“Sale” Items are FINAL SALE, and the customer cannot return them.
For damaged products, send a snap of the item with the original package, labels, tags, and invoice copy to email@example.com.
